5. Workplace Health & Safety

You agree to:

  • Follow WHS laws and facility-specific safety procedures.

  • Immediately report incidents, injuries, or hazards to Nurse SA.

Nurse SA prioritises safe work environments and may remove staff from unsafe placements.

6. Payments & Timesheets

  • Timesheets must be submitted accurately and on time.

  • Incorrect or fraudulent submissions may result in disciplinary action.

  • Pay rates follow applicable awards, enterprise agreements, or contractual arrangements.

7. Availability & Scheduling

  • Shift offers are based on experience, availability, performance, and facility needs.

  • Nurse SA does not guarantee minimum hours or ongoing availability of shifts.

  • You may accept or decline shifts; however, consistent cancellations may impact future allocations.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

    • Copy or redistribute website content without permission.
