We are seeking experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our growing team and support our clients with flexible, reliable shift coverage.

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse with NurseSA, you will deliver safe, person-centred nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will work across a variety of clinical settings depending on your skills and experience.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering direct patient/resident care within your scope of practice

• Assisting with care planning and clinical assessments

• Administering medications (if authorised and endorsed)

• Monitoring vital signs and responding appropriately to clinical changes

• Supporting patient education and ongoing care needs

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

• Ensuring compliance with infection control, WHS, and facility standards

• Collaborating with RNs, PCAs, AINs, and allied health professionals

• Working in aged care, acute medical/surgical wards, rehabilitation or community care

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA Enrolled Nurse registration

• Medication Endorsement (highly desirable)

• Minimum 6 months’ recent clinical experience

• Current CPR Certificate

• Up-to-date immunisation record (as per SA Health or facility requirements)

• National Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

• Evidence of COVID-19 and influenza vaccination

Desirable:

• Experience in aged care, rehabilitation, acute care, mental health or community nursing

• Manual handling certification
